Thank you for choosing to exhibit at Government Fleet Expo & Conference 2008. For your convenience the Exhibitors Service Kit is now available on-line. You are able to download all the necessary forms and important deadlines to assist you with all your pre-planning needs. If you do not have the capability of printing out the forms from the internet, please contact us at 310-533-2561 and ask that an exhibitor service manual be faxed or mailed directly to you. We are here to help your company achieve great success at this year's show. All you need is included in this on-line Exhibitors Kit. Hard copies will be mailed out to each exhibitor in the next few weeks.

Each booth will include a 6’x30’ high table with blue drape, 2) side chairs, 1)wastebasket, 1) 500 watt electrical outlet and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign. Forms are included in this kit for those exhibitors requiring additional furniture and electrical needs.

Freeman Online®

Freeman Quick Facts

Freeman Online® is available for your convenience to order all Freeman Services, view show schedule, or print order forms. To place online orders you will be required to enter your unique Login ID and Password. This ID and password will be sent to you directly from Freeman.

If this is your first time to use Freeman Online® click on the "Register" link in the top right corner to create a new account. Reference Freeman Show Number _206918__ when ordering your exhibit booth needs.

To help alleviate the problems and frustrations associated with exhibitors carrying their small exhibit materials during move-in, Freeman is pleased to provide a cartload for one (1) trip, one way from the dock to your booth or your booth to the dock for a charge of $57.75 each way. This service will be available during move-in and move-out.

Certificate of Insurance Information

Sample Certificate of Insurance

As an exhibitor, you are required to carry workmen's compensation and commercial general liability which includes contractors, personal injury and blanket contractual liability insurance at limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. This coverage must be evidenced by a Certificate of Insurance (see enclosed sample) with a 30-day notice of cancellation provision to the holder and supplied to and naming Bobit Business Media, Government Fleet Expo & Conference, The Town and Country Hotel and Freeman Decorating as additional insurers at least 45 days before the first day of move-in.

A Certificate of Insurance may be obtained through your primary Insurance Agency, or you may be able to obtain a rider's policy on your homeowner's insurance, business/commercial or auto insurance.

For exhibitors not already covered by an insurance carrier we recommend Shahinian Insurance Services (714) 544-3963 for quick, fast service and appropriate coverage at a minimal charge.

Small Booth Bundles Available

For exhibitors working with a 10x10 space and looking for a turn-key and inexpensive solutions, Freeman is offering a special Small Booth Bundle for a Package Price: $627.05. The order form is included in the Freeman Online forms and includes:

One (1) 20” h x 6’ Table Top Total Flex Unit w/black fabric
One (1) 6’ Table with choice of drape color (please select your drape color below)
One (1) 200 w halogan light
(electrical service & labor not included)
Two (2) Side Chairs
Daily vacuuming (Tuesday and Wednesday)
One (1) Wastebasket
One (1) Labor to Install/dismantle (Package items only, any additional components will result in additional labor charges)

Vehicle Load In Map

EXHIBIT HALL DISPLAYS -

Please notify Show Management and Freeman (show contractor) that you’ll be bringing a vehicle to exhibit.
There must be less than 1/4 tank of Fuel and gas caps sealed prior to entering the exhibit hall.
Ignition keys must be left with Show Management for emergency purposes.
Batteries must be removed or disconnected and terminals taped with electrical tape.
Visqueen is required to be placed under your vehicle and can be ordered through Freeman.
An oil pan must be placed under the engine.
A $250 round trip spotting fee will apply per vehicle placed inside the exhibit hall.

OUTSIDE VEHICLE DISPLAYS - Site Map

Outside Vehicle Display area is The Royal Palm Way. The weight capacity of the Royal Palm Way is 150 lbs per square foot, this about equivalent to a pick up truck.
An oil pan must be placed under the engine.
Outside Vehicle Displays must be pre-arranged with Show Management
Load in Sunday, June 8 12:00pm noon - 4:00pm
A $250 round trip spotting fee will apply per vehicle placed in the outside vehicle display.
Vehicles Begin Loading in at 12:00pm noon on Sunday, June 8.
