JD Schulte is Director of Operations for Hutchison Engineering. Prior, JD spent 30 years in Moline IL, retiring in April 2021 as the Director of Public Works. JD is a CPFP, a CAFM and also an ASE Certified Master Auto, Master Heavy Truck Tech and Certified Service Consultant. JD was Moline's Fleet Manager from 2004‐2016 before becoming DPW. JD is the APWA Chair of the Fleet Certification Council.
