EXHIBIT SPACE ONLY
Includes 10'x10' booth space, standard booth drape, and ID sign only. No electrical, furniture or wastebasket included. Also includes enhanced company listing in the GFX mobile app. Exhibit space includes (2) complimentary passes for booth staff per 10’ x 10’ space. Additional passes will be available for purchase at $595 per person.
No furniture or wastebaskets included. Carpet is mandatory and must be ordered separately.

Includes 6' draped table, 2 side chairs, wastebasket and 500 watt electrical. Carpet is mandatory and must be ordered separately. This package does not include labor costs.

PASSPORT PROGRAM
Increase traffic to your booth by adding it as a stop on the daily passport. Attendees will attempt to complete their passports for a chance to win prizes!

GFX BLOCK PARTY & EXPERIENCE/RIDE & DRIVE
The GFX Block Party & Experience will be a mix of great product testing and fun. With a street fair atmosphere and prizes, the ride & drive portion will have many spins around the block. Secure your participation and get ready to roll. (Must be in conjunction with exhibit space inside the hall.)

$2,500 for up to two vehicles, $1,000 each additional or Solution Spotlight Space: $1,500

All applications must be signed, completed and accompanied by the correct payment. Telephone requests for space are not permitted. Applications that are incomplete, unsigned, or not accompanied by proper deposit will be returned for completion and will not be entered into the assignment process. Return the original:

Payment Schedule:

A 50% non-refundable deposit must accompany this contract for space confirmation.  No space will be held and no contract will be processed without a deposit. Full balance is due February 14, 2020 to maintain your exhibit space. Contracts submitted after February 14, 2020 must be paid in full.

Cancellations:

Payment is refundable, less the 50% deposit if notified in writing prior to February 14, 2020.  No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstance, after February 14, 2020.
