When is the next Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) in-person event being held?

Because the safety and health of our attendees and partners is of paramount importance at this time, the next time we will “meet” will be during the GFX Experience, a virtual event will take place on October 26-29, 2020. We plan to resume our in-person event in May 2021, provided it is safe to do so. We will announce dates and a location soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to plan on joining us online for the GFX Experience.
 

I paid for a pass for the 2020 Anaheim event. Can I get a refund? What will happen to my registration?

We hope you will still plan to attend when we announce our new dates! Your registration is still in place and it will automatically rollover into the new conference dates. If you would still like a refund, please email us at [email protected]. Please understand refunds can have a processing time of up to 30 days.
 

What if I am not able to attend in the new location and dates?

We encourage you to stick with us until we announce our new in-person event dates. If at that time you determine you are unable to attend, we can either roll your registration into a future date or issue a refund.
 

How much does it cost to attend the Digital Experience?

Public fleet professionals may register for the Digital Experience at no charge. Registration is now open. Supplier companies must pay a fee to participate as a sponsor or attendee and can get more information by contacting your sales rep.
 

I can only attend portions of the GFX Experience, is it still okay to register?

Yes, and we encourage that! Once you register, you will receive a link to the schedule and notifications of upcoming sessions and networking. You can attend all or part of the Experience depending on your schedule and interests.
 

I registered for the GFX Experience and didn't get an email confirmation.

First, check your SPAM or Junk folder on the day you registered. If you still do not see a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Sponsor/Exhibitor FAQs


Can I transfer my booth space or sponsorship into a GFX Experience sponsorship?

Yes, just contact your sales rep or learn more about our packages here.
 

Are refunds being issued for Exhibit Space and Sponsorships for the 2020 in-person event?

Since we are working on new dates for our in-person event, all Exhibit and Sponsorship contracts are still in place and will automatically be incorporated into the new conference dates. Your booth space will be maintained in the rescheduled dates.
 

What if the new date of the rescheduled in-person does not work for me?

We will work directly with our Sponsor/Exhibitors, on a case-by-case basis, if the new rescheduled show dates do not align with your availability.
