2021 Rates & Pass Types
Fleet Full Conference Pass
This pass is for Public Fleet Employees only. Includes all sessions, scheduled meals, receptions, networking, events, Block Party and exhibit hall access. Ford Rouge Factory Tour is a separate fee. Suppliers, Consultants, and others aligned with the industry must register for a supplier pass. Please note, to qualify for a Full Conference Fleet or Fleet Exhibits Only Pass, you must be directly employed by a public agency. Suppliers including, but not limited to, fleet management companies, vehicle manufacturers, equipment & parts suppliers, GPS & telematics companies, software & technology providers, and fueling systems manufacturers must purchase a Supplier Pass.
Fleets Exhibit Only Pass
For public fleets only. Registrations will be audited for compliance. Only Includes access to the exhibit hall on May 24 & 25, and GFX Block Party. Does NOT include lunch in the Hall meals/networking, Ford Rouge Factory Tour or sessions or post conference add-on sessions. Lunch ticket can be purchased for $50 per day. Separate fee/ticket required for Ford Rouge Factory Tour.
Full Conference Supplier Pass
Includes all sessions, scheduled meals, receptions, networking events, Block Party and exhibit hall access. Does not include Add On Sessions or Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Each purchase includes 1 pass only. Separate fee/ticket required for Ford Rouge Factory Tour.
GFX Block Party & Experience
This event within an event will be a mix of ride and drives, hands-on training, experiential learning, and a technology showcase. Plus, a fun street fair atmosphere with food, drinks, games and prizes.
Open to all pass types, RSVP required.
Ford Rouge Factory Tour
May 25 at 4:30pm - 7:30pm. Transportation provided. Full Conference Fleet, Fleet Exhibits Only, Supplier, Sponsor, and Exhibitors can add this event for a fee during the registration process.
Spouse Pass
Intended for Spouses and Domestic Partners. Includes Opening Party, Block Party and lunch in the Exhibit Hall on May 24 & 25. Does not include sessions. Additional fee required for Ford Rouge Factory Tour. Please complete a separate registration in the passholder's name to purchase this pass.
