Running a fleet maintenance shop is like running a business, but with specific rules and policies set by government entities — making public fleet shop operations a unique experience. Still, fleet managers must be able to run an efficient shop that provides value in comparison to the private sector.

Learn how to navigate these challenges and improve your operation, including recruiting and increasing pay in the public sector, how to determine and compare labor rates, benchmarking against other agencies to ensure your operation is protected from outsourcing, and using data to your benefit.

This session is for attendees who manage a shop or technicians and/or want to use data to ensure their operation is the best it can be.
