Brendan has more than 14 years’ experience in the Fleet industry. He got his start in the Fleet industry as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent a Car. After working his way up to management, he was able to turn four under-performing stores into profitable, customer service driven stores. At his last store, he rented a car to the HR Director for NC State University. She recruited him over to the University to be their Motor Pool Supervisor.  

At NC State, he was able to revolutionize the University’s bus dispatching system. Making it much more comprehensive and raising standards. He led a senior class project trying to bring electric buses to campus. After seven years with the University, he had an opportunity to take on a larger fleet of vehicles with the State of North Carolina. In April of 2020, he became the Business Officer for the Division of Motor Fleet Management. Currently he manages ~7500 active vehicles.
