David Worthington has over 32 years of comprehensive management experience in automotive and truck related industries with 13 years of experience in the Government fleet sector. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern California Chapter of the Municipal Fleet Maintenance Association and the East Bay Clean Cities Coalition, as well as on fleet and transportation related local, regional, state, and national committees and workgroups.

He has led successful teams that have been recognized for their work in alternative fuel technologies and fleet sustainability.  His teams have earned over 26 international, national, state, regional and local transportation related awards in the areas of fleet management, environmental and economic leadership, emissions reductions, emergency management, efficiency & renewable energy, as a leading fleet in the industry and for championing clean air.  Awards of note are an U.S. EPA Clean Air Excellence Award for Transportation Efficiency Innovations and #1 Government Green Fleet.  He manages a fleet of 2,500+ units for the County of Santa Clara, California
