Mark Stinson has worked in Public Works Fleet operations for the past 39 years. For the past 24 years served as Fleet Manager for the City of Lee’s Summit Missouri, He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Technology from Pittsburg State University. Received his APWA CPFP certification in 2007 and his M1 and M2 EVT Certification in 2010, CPWP-M in 2019 and is currently serving as on the APWA National Feet Management Committee, Also was one of the founder members of the Heartland Emergency Apparatus Technicians Association.
