Scott McIver is the Fleet Manager for the City of Greenville, SC.  He began his career with the Army where he served four years.  From there, he worked in the private sector for 15 years and the last 17 years in the public sector. He has a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and is a Certified Public Fleet Professional, Certified Automotive Fleet Specialist, ASE Master Technician, TIA Certified Commercial Tire Instructor.
