Under his leadership, the city earned repeated recognition on NAFA’s 100 Best Fleets list—including the #1 spot in 2006—and was frequently named among Government Fleet ’s Leading Fleets. Drawing on decades of experience, including being named 2012 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year, 2022 Professional Manager of the Year-Public Fleet for the American Public Works Association (APWA), and a founding inductee of the Government Fleet Hall of Fame, Campbell offers a candid look at accountability, communication, and setting a vision that resonates from frontline staff to city leadership.
