Mr. Campbell has worked at Sourcewell for over 9 years and has specialized in managing dozens of fleet and heavy equipment-related contracts.  While managing these contracts, he has had the unique opportunity to interact with Sourcewell members to hear about their challenges and pain points and why Sourcewell cooperative contracts have become such a destination place to purchase municipal fleet equipment.  Mr. Campbell has publicly presented on the topic of cooperative purchasing hundreds of times including at conferences and national sales meetings.  Today, Cooperative Purchasing is considered a “best practice” in public procurement with Sourcewell leading the way.
