April Welch runs a monthly FleetStat program in her role as the Data Analytics Program Manager in Baltimore City's Department of General Services- Fleet Management Division. Her background is in Data Analytics and Visualization in both the public and private sector. Her graduate studies were in Business Analytics, primarily predictive modeling, through Georgetown University.
