Colby has served the City of Grand Prairie for five years, the last two leading the Fleet Services Division. Prior to serving Grand Prairie, Colby worked in private sector automotive repair and maintenance for 20 years and currently holds ASE Master Technician designations in both Auto / Light Truck and Medium / Heavy Duty truck, as well as Advanced Level Specialist certification and EVT Law Enforcement Vehicle certification. While serving Grand Prairie Fleet Services, his work has pushed an already high performing team to greater heights by focusing on technology, efficiency and maintaining a high level of customer service.
