Mario Guzman has been in the Fleet industry for the past 22 years and started out initially as a Service Technician. Always passionate about furthering his career and education, Guzman attained ASE Master Technician status. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Currently, Guzman is the Director of Public Works for the City of Boynton Beach. He manages the Fleet Management, Facilities Management, Solid Waste, Roads & Streets, Parks Maintenance, and Capital Improve divisions. Passionate about leadership, Guzman is eager about empowering the up and coming generation to get into skilled trades and make better leaders for the future
