Mark McCullough

Director of Fleet Management | San Bernadino County, California

Mark McCullough brings over 40 years of expertise in fleet and facilities management. Currently, as Director of Fleet Management for the County of San Bernardino, he leads a team of 115 professionals, managing a diverse fleet of over 4,500 vehicles, from light-duty vehicles to earth moving equipment with a strong focus on sustainable and efficient operations. His public sector experience includes 30 years of progressive leadership, notably as Public Works Administrator for the City of Pasadena, where he provided visionary direction to both Facilities and Fleet divisions. Prior to this, as Transit Fleet & Facilities Maintenance Officer for the City of Santa Monica, he was instrumental in advancing renewable fuel initiatives, including the development of an LCNG fuel site and other significant construction projects. Mr. McCullough's career also includes 16 years with local municipalities, advancing from Equipment Technician to Facilities/Fleet Superintendent, and 11 years in the private sector, where he honed his expertise in fleet efficiency. With a unique blend of private and public sector experience, he excels in fostering collaborative environments and driving impactful clean energy initiatives through strategic leadership.
