William (Bill) Klous, currently serves as the Director of Fleet Operations (Fleet Manager) for the City of Stamford Ct. He previously worked as the Director of Non-Revenue Fleet – Metro North Railroad –NY; Superintendent of Maintenance – NYC Transit DOB – Queens NY; and Sr. Master Mechanic – Town of Harrison NY. Bill started his journey fueling trucks and worked his way up through the ranks. He has held almost all fleet-related jobs along the way in either a part-time or full-time roll.
