Management Analyst-Fleet Management | Fairfax County Police Department

Jessica Rhoades is a Management Analyst with the Fairfax County Police Department in the Resource Management Bureau’s Logistics and Fleet Management Unit. She has 7 years’ experience in Fleet Management and 10 years’ experience in an administrative support role. She has spent over 15 years of her career at Fairfax County, prior to that, she managed fleet operations with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and processed insurance claims at GEICO. Specializing in data and analysis, Jessica uses that experience to review and present data to recommend and advocate for changes improving efficiency and service delivery.

By focusing on data driven content, Jessica has been able to put her Leading and Managing by Data Certificate from the University of Southern Maine and the Cutler Institute to good use. Recently, she has also acquired her Automotive Service Excellence Service Consultants Certification. Over the years, her strengths in leadership, analysis, and communications have garnered her accolades and valuable relationships with various professionals in fleet and County government. Jessica may spend her days running fleet at the FCPD, but it’s knowing that she is doing her part to support public safety and service that gets her up in the morning.

When she’s not at work, Jessica is an avid gamer, animal lover, and loves spending time with her teenaged son and husband traveling. Also, a perpetual student, she never stops learning and growing to keep up to date with the latest technology, policy, and best practices in her professional roles.
