Bill Collins is a Sales Director in the Government group at Element Fleet Management (“Element”).  Mr. Collins joined Element in 2021 and is charged with helping expand the government effort in North America. Prior to joining Element, Mr. Collins had a multi-decade career in the fields of municipal finance and government banking, where he specialized in the tax-exempt lending sector and the related banking product suite, including Treasury, Payments, Merchant Services, and Investment Management.  Roles for Mr. Collins included running the Government Banking Division at U.S. Bank, managing the Northeast/Southeast Education & Nonprofit banking teams at Wells Fargo, and as a Managing Director and Manager of the Public Finance group at Scotiabank.   

Mr. Collins has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University at Albany.
