Charlotte has been in Fleet Management for 30 years, Director for 13.  She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.  Her goal as Director was to get her operation more modernized as well as get up to date training for their technicians.  Her motto is the automotive industry has changed and continues to change, we must keep up.
