Chuck Cramer Jr. is the Director of Fleet Services for the City of Lynchburg, Virginia where they own & operate a fleet of roughly 800 assets. Chuck retired from the Air Force in 2016 after 25 years of service including multiple deployments in support of NATO, and Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. His background includes Electronic Warfare, Logistics, and 30+ years in the Fleet industry. Education includes a Bachelor's in Business Quality Management, a CAFM, and a Professional Manager Certification.
