Cindy Towe, Manager of Government Sales at General Motors, leads the vehicle sales contracting activity with the Federal Government and supports the National State and Local Government Sales programs for GM Fleet. In this role, Cindy educates Government fleets to support their transition to electric vehicles and coordinates all aspects of the sales process for our government customers. Cindy has been with GM Fleet for 18 years and has worked in Rental Sales, managed programs supporting GM’s Commercial dealer network, including fleet incentive programs, and business planning and forecasting for fleet sales. Prior to her time at GM Fleet, Cindy had several roles within the GM Finance Staff including vehicle incentives, corporate budgets and business planning. Cindy received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Dayton and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
