Daniel is a Specialist Leader ( Senior Manager) within Deloitte’s Fleet Center of Excellence with over 15 years of experience in logistics and program management, primarily in fleet, fuel, and energy management, as well as telematics and technology implementation projects. He is leading teams at a federal law enforcement agency and at a federal transportation agency, where he supports their fleet policy, analysis, modernization, electrification, and supply equipment implementation efforts for over 25,000 vehicles. Daniel has ample experience supporting clients across the federal sector to design vehicle management programs, conduct fleet right-sizing studies, and create new operating models for vehicle acquisitions, disposals, and sustainability.
