Jason Fauble enjoys applying his product vision by demystifying technology and finding practical ways to introduce technical innovation. He is currently the Director of Engineering for Syntech Systems (home of the FuelMaster), an engineering company that designs, develops, and deploys connected hardware devices to secure and manage fuel and fleet assets. Syntech has been serving organizations across many sectors including commercial industry, federal, state, and local government for over 35 years. 

Jason has spent the majority of his 23-year professional career leading development teams to find technical solutions to some of the most challenging government logistics issues. His technical experience includes law enforcement, environmental, and defense agencies as well as an 8-year stint scratching the entrepreneurial itch as an owner and operator of an IT consulting firm. Jason started his tenure at Syntech 12 years ago as a Software Engineer. He also spent time as the Software Manager and Operations and Product Manager, leveraging these positions to make numerous organizational improvements before being given the opportunity to lead the Engineering Department.
