In January 1999, Paul started on the Ford Technical Hotline in Ford Technical Service Operations as a Service Engineer. He facilitated the repair of hard to fix drivability, electrical and mechanical concerns of Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln vehicles. He was transferred to Ford Customer Service Division as a Field Service Engineer out of Seattle, WA covering Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana and Northern California. He aided dealerships in fixing hard to repair drivability, electrical and mechanical concerns. He eventually moved to the Ford Zone Manager position covering Customer Service, Marketing, and Wholesale Parts sales to dealers. He then moved to North American Fleet Lease and Remarketing Operations as a Ford Vehicle Remarketing Area Manager based out of Manheim Seattle Auto Auction, covering Manheim Seattle, Dealers Auto Auction Northwest out of Spokane, and Dealers Auto Auction of Seattle, facilitating the sale of all Lease, Repo, Re-acquired, Category Repair, Customer Service vehicles, Ford Motor Credit vehicles, Commercial Lease, and administering the Automotive Remarketing Services program offered to remarket Ford Franchise consignment of vehicles at wholesale dealers auction for the Pacific Northwest.

In December of 2018 he transferred within Ford Vehicle Remarketing and relocated to Manheim, Pennsylvania, based out of Manheim Pennsylvania Auto Auction covering Manheim PA and Manheim Baltimore Auto Auctions to Remarket all Ford owned vehicles back to Franchised and Independent Dealers. He covered several auctions around the country as needed. He was also Automotive Remarketing trainer to new hires. In November of 2022, Paul relocated to Salt Lake City, UT for his current position as the Ford Government Sales Manager position covering the Mountain West Market wholesaling new vehicles to State and Local Governments. Market includes AZ, CO, HI, MT, ND, NE NM, SD, UT, WY.
