Captain Montgomery has been in law enforcement for 38 years and has worked for the City of Duluth Police department for the past 31 years. He has over 26 years of experience managing the cities fleet. In 2021, Captain Montgomery started the process of electrifying the Police Department starting with the Criminal Investigation Division and will expand to Uniform Division in 2024. Captain Montgomery is the Support Services Division Commander with 29 Employees.
